Group personal training
Group personal training is an cost effective way of exercising regularly, having fun and being part of a community. These sessions can be made up of small numbers of friends or colleagues who would like to take part in regular structured exercise together in a non-gym environment.
If there are a number of you (up to 6 people) who love the idea of getting together once or twice a week to become fitter, stronger and healthier in a fun environment then please get in touch. I would be delighted to create bespoke sessions for you all.
This can be supplemented with one-to-one sessions if any members of the group require individual assistance or have more specific goals.

Please note that outdoor sessions appropriate clothing should be worn when exercising outdoors. Comfy trainers with good grip and plenty of layers are a must in cold weather.
Something for everyone
All abilities can be catered for so whether you and your companions are new to exercise or are regular participants it does not matter; exercises can be adapted to suit and there is something for everyone.
Sessions will last an hour and will be different each week - anything from hill walks outside to skipping and boxing to full body workouts and high intensity interval training. For the beginner there will be light resistance work with bands and easy exercises to elevate the heart rate.
Sessions can be held outside or safely indoors for up to six people within Warwickshire. Depending on your location and requirements I can train in Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, Kenilworth and Banbury.

Who is it for?
There is nothing better than working out with a group of like minded women and being part of a community. This is why I decided to offer a fitness service to groups of ladies who would like to join forces with their friends or colleagues.
All abilities can be catered for and full body workouts can take place in line with the latest government requirements either outside in local green spaces or online via zoom.
Group sessions can also be combined with individual sessions. Here I can get to know you in a 1:1 environment and discover your own challenges and goals. Focusing on the five pillars of physical activity, stress, nutrition, lifestyle and sleep, I will create a plan to help you achieve your individual goals.

These weekly fun sessions will elevate your heart rate, work your whole body, and best of all release those feel good endorphins – your reward for pushing yourself to your max!
And it doesn’t stop there. Once we are done working up a sweat with core and resistance work, we will slowly wind down and finish with some well earned relaxation and meditation. Time to bliss out and recharge.
You will leave each session feeling relaxed, energised, and excited to be part of a such a supportive community.
Every session will be different and you will work to your own level, no pressure, just the support of your comrades and the right amount of friendly encouragement from me :)
