Q: Who are the group personal training sessions designed for?

Group personal training is ideal for women who want to have the opportunity to exercise regularly with others in a small group environment.

Q: Do I need to be a regular exerciser to attend?

No, not at all - it doesn’t matter if you used to exercise or whether you have the intention of exercising and never actually got around to it!  I would love to hear from you.  Everyone must start somewhere, and full body workouts can easily be adapted to suit a variety of fitness and ability levels.

In each small group session you will be working at your own level so if that’s only a fast walk at the start then that is absolutely fine!

Q: Where will the group personal training take place?

All sessions will take place either at The Manor House and Orangery at Leamington Spa, in local parks and green spaces or via Zoom. 

Q: What will we be doing in the group personal training Sessions?

Good question! The small group sessions will be physically challenging but great fun and everyone will work to their own level.  They will last an hour with the first part focusing on warm up and core activation, before moving on to a higher intensity all over body workout designed for maximum results. 

Q: Can I combine group personal training with one to one personal training?

Yes of course!

Many clients will need a bit of support initially to get started on their health and wellbeing journey.

One to one personal training is an ideal accompanyment to group training. Within the personal training session we will initially chat about you and your goals and then put together a plan of how I can help you achieve them.  We will look at your physical activity, stress levels, nutrition, lifestyle and sleep quality and create a plan for each month. The personal training session will be a combination of a full body workout, core strengthening, stretching, mobility and meditation/mindfulness and lifestyle coaching. Every session will be different depending on the individual and take place in person or online via zoom.

We will regularly review your progress to make sure that you are on target, so whether your goal is to get fitter, lose weight, become healthier and happier, or to relax more (or all of the above) then I will help you to achieve these.  I will do this through advice, support, goal setting and hands on personal training and mindfulness/meditation training where applicable.

Q: How much group personal training cost?

Prices for group personal training start from £10 per person. Please contact me to arrange a free discovery call to discuss your requirements.

Q: Why should I sign up for Group Personal Training?

Quite simply – because it works! 

If you are serious about getting results then you have everything you need under one roof - The advice and guidance of an experienced personal trainer along with easy to follow, fun, effective full body workouts and relaxation. Coupled with all the benefits of a small group environment.

Q: What happens during the relaxation part of the group session?

You will really love this part of the group session. For the last five minutes or so of our time together you will completely chill out, either sitting/lying down or standing/walking slowly.  Sometimes we will put on some soft music, other times I will do a bit of guided meditation to quieten your mind, and sometimes we will do some mindfulness practice involving just bringing our attention to the here and now instead of worrying about the past or the future.   It is rare in our busy lives to just allow ourselves to be still, and so by incorporating just two practices a week like these, you will start to understand firstly, how to relax, and secondly how great it feels to have this special time for just you.  Don’t worry if you have never done anything like this before - it’s very easy to pick up and I will help you along the way (the more you do it, the easier it gets).

Q: Who are your Personal Training Sessions designed for?

Personal Training sessions are very much designed around the individual client. They can be offered on a one to one basis or as part of group personal training.

Some people may have a time-sensitive specific goal in mind, for example getting in shape for a wedding, or they would simply like a few months of regular one-to-one sessions to re-introduce them to regular exercise or to discover more about nutrition or stress management techniques. Others may wish to enjoy weekly/fortnightly, regular sessions for the ultimate tailored experience.

Q: I am currently taking part in group personal training sessions would like some one to one personal training sessions to keep me on track - is this possible?

Yes of course! group personal training can easily linked with one to one training.

Q: Can I get a discount if I book multiple personal training Sessions?
