My story
I love my job as a female personal trainer! Since qualifying in 2003, I have helped hundreds of people become more active, firstly through my own business here at Blossom Place, and then also at a national level when designing and overseeing physical activity programmes for schools and businesses across the UK.
In 2010 I moved to the beautiful city of Vancouver, Canada which was when I qualified as a Holistic Lifestyle Coach and completely changed my own approach to health and fitness. I started experimenting with food, relaxation, sleeping better, hiking, and camping in nature and being much more in tune with my body - it felt wonderful!
A two year adventure in New York gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge working with some of the pioneers of holistic learning and positive psychology (the science of being happy!) as well as allowing me to absorb a unique, vibrant culture and immerse myself in the latest health and fitness trends.
Fast forward to today, and after graduating with First Class Honours in Business Strategy and Management in 2017 I was ready to start my own business; providing a holistic approach to health and wellbeing incorporating all that I have learnt and experienced over the last decade. In 2019 I became a qualified Stress Management Consultant and Mindfulness Coach which truly meant that I could offer the ultimate mind body experience to clients.
Blossom Place is the culmination of over fifteen years of health and wellbeing education combined with hands-on experience as a health and fitness coach. I have created a holistic approach to personal and group training that will allow clients to be the best that they can be, not only physically through functional exercises, core training and fitness sessions but also mentally through relaxation and meditation.
